Editorial Notes

Comments

The entire coversongs list has recently been re-formatted to using HTML tables. The first column consist of the artist that performs the cover When there are more artists with the same name, the country/state of origin is mentioned. The title of the cover song, which may be different from the original is in the second column. If so, the original title is mentioned between "{" and "}". The artist who originally recorded/performed the song is listed in the third column. Finally a list of albums on which the coversong appears, ie the album title of the covering artist, with format, the year of release and the label on which it appeared is listed in the fourth column. Every album entry is preceded by a space. If the album doesn't have a title as with split albums, a description is put between "{" and "}". Label names are abbreviated for the sake of saving space. The key to the abbriviations is not included in this list. After a title also may be a country name, then the release in that country is the one with the cover on it. Everything on a line after a '|' is comments.
